HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
All returns must be registered online before being returned. You will find the registration process under the tab ´Register Return´ at the bottom of the page. To register the return, you need the order number and the email address you used when ordering. You will find the order number in the confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order. Please select the products you wish to return and tell us the reason for the return. When you have completed the return process, you bring the product to us at Urðarhvarf 4. If you live abroad and had your order sent by post, you stick the return label that came with the order to the outside of the package and return it to the nearest post office.
DO I NEED TO RETURN ALL THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED?
No, in the return process you can choose which products you want to return.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE SIZE OR COLOR?
- Please start by entering your order number and email address in the Register returns page.
- During the process, you can choose to get a new size or color if we have it in stock.
- If we do not have the new color or size in stock, you can choose to return the product instead.

MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE. WHAT CAN I DO?
We are sorry that you received a defective product from us. When we ship the products to you, we do our best to ensure they are in perfect condition. If you have purchased the product through our website within the last 30 days, you can register your shipment online as a product return using the order number and email address used when purchasing the product. Please note that products that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective. If more than 30 days have passed, please contact our customer service. If you have purchased from our store or otherwise, please contact our customer service.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO ARRIVE?
Our goal is to refund you as quickly as possible. We usually refund within 3 days of receiving your package or confirmation of posting. We'll send you an email to let you know the refund is on its way. After receiving the email, please allow 5-10 business days for the payment to appear in your account. How long this takes depends on your bank or card issuer and is unfortunately out of our control. You will usually be refunded in the same way you originally paid for the product. If that is not possible, we will contact you immediately to find an alternative refund method. If you have not received a refund within the specified time, contact customer service.
