SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping within Iceland is free on orders of 15,000 ISK or more. For orders under 15,000 ISK, shipping costs 950 ISK.

DELIVERY TIME

It can take up to three days for your order to reach you. If you live in the Reykjavík capital area and order before 12:00, your order is delivered the same day when you choose delivery with TVG Express. Orders placed at weekends and on public holidays are packed and posted on the next working day.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

All orders within Iceland are delivered by Pósturinn (Iceland Post) or TVG Express, depending on which service you choose. If you choose Pósturinn, your order is sent to your nearest post office. If you live in the capital area, you can choose home delivery with TVG Express or delivery to one of their many pick-up points. TVG Express also has many pick-up points outside the capital area.

If you live outside Iceland, your order will be sent with Pósturinn (Iceland Post). International shipping costs 6,000 ISK.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has been packed, we email you the tracking number. You can follow your parcel using the link in that email. If you have not received the email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.

Please note that orders are processed on working days. Our warehouse is closed at weekends and on public holidays.
