SHIPPING COSTS

We ship to you for free within the country if you order for ISK. 10,000 or more. For orders under ISK. 10,000, the shipping cost is ISK. 950. 

DELIVERY TIME

It may take up to three days for your order to reach you. If you live in the capital area and order before 12, however, the order is shipped out the same day if you choose to have it delivered by TVG Express. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are combined and posted the next day. 

HOW DO I GET DELIVERED?

All domestic orders are delivered by Post or TVG Express, depending on which service you choose. If you choose to have it delivered by Post, the order is sent to the nearest Post Office. If you live in the capital area, you can choose to have the product delivered to your home with TVG Express or sent to one of the many delivery locations they offer. Note that TVG Express also offers numerous delivery locations in rural areas. 

If you live outside of Iceland, your order will be sent by Post. Note that the shipping cost is ISK. 6000.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as we have collected your order, we will send you the tracking number by email. You can track your shipment by following the link in the email. If you do not receive the email from us within 24 hours of completing your order, please contact customer service. 

Please note that orders are processed on business days. Our warehouse is closed on public holidays and weekends.
