Due to the ongoing pandemic of COVID-19 we are taking measures to reduce the risk for our customers and staff.The effects you as a customer are likely to experience are the following: 
For international and domestic orders: Lead time for delivery is likely to increase for all delivery methods.
For domestic orders the delivery option of pick-up of web shop orders at our main office in Urðarhvar 4, 203 Kópavogur will no longer be available.If you prefer picking up your order rather than having it sent to you, you can choose to pick-up your order in Vatnagarður 22, 104 Reykjavik or other conveniently placed pick-up points based on your postal code where available.

Shipping is free if you order for ISK. 10000 or more and you live in Iceland. For orders outside Iceland see our price list below. ZO∙ON uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. We always aim to deliver your order within the time frames listed below. Unfortunately, we can only ship to home or office addresses.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

If you are placed in Iceland, your ordered products will be delivered by Pósturinn to a pick-up point near your address. You'll be informed of the pick-up point by email or text message when your parcel is ready to be collected. The courier will keep the parcel for 10 calendar days before returning it to us as undelivered.
Your order will be delivered by mail or DHL, depending on your delivery option, if you live outside of Iceland. You will be contacted via email and/or SMS with information on how to order a convenient delivery time for your shipment. If you are not at home at the time of the delivery, DHL will send you contact information with further instructions.
